Welcome to The Bready Bunch! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

The Bready Bunch is a home-based bakery located in Parker, Colorado, specializing in homemade sourdough goods made under Colorado’s Cottage Foods Act.

2. Product Availability

All baked goods are made in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities and update our offerings at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website or directly through our social media platforms.

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your item(s).

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment options at checkout.

4. Pickup & Local Delivery

• Pickup is available in Parker, CO. The pickup address and instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.

• Local delivery may be available for an additional fee within a specified radius

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full credit. Cancellations or failed pick ups will not be offered a refund.

• If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item received), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.

6. Food Allergies

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection and may contain or come into contact with allergens including but not limited to:

Wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.

We do not offer certified allergen-free products. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, recipes, logos, and branding, is the property of The Bready Bunch and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to process your orders. We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
